At last holidays came! I was very happy! I didn't have to get up early in the morning and run to school. I could stay in the bed till midday. But I didn't want to sleep. There were a lot of things to do. The weather was fine so my friends and I went for a walk every day. It was fun! Then I spent a month in the country where my grandfather and grandmother lived. It was great. I drank milk and ate a lot of tasty food which my granny prepared for me. I have many friends in this village because I go there every holidays. We played football and tennis every day! There is a small river near the forest and we swam when the weather was fine. It was great! I liked my holidays very much.
One day, Zarena was out searching for food. When she was running through grass she heard a noise. Very carefully and quietly, Zarena went to investigate. This noise was making Vantura who was in serious trouble. There was an old rusty tin can stuck on her head.She couldn’t get it off, and was starting to panic. Zarena didn’t know what to do. But then Zarena went over to Vantura and askd them Vantura, it’s me. Don’t worry, I’ll help you. Zarena tried to pull the can off Vantura’s head, but it wouldn’t move. Nevertheless (несмотря на это) Zarena didn't leave Vantura

Professor Saidov,who won a majorscience prize last month, was invited to take part in a conference which was held in London last week.A taxi-driver met him at the airport.Unfortunately, was given the name of the wrong hotel to take the professor to. A large reception was organized for the professor,and at least 200 eminent scientists came to meet him that evening. However,the poor professor was left at a small hotel in rather bad area, and when he asked the receptionist if he could speak to the Head of the Conference Committee. he was told to try somewhere else because he was not heard of there. Luckily, later that evening ,the driver send to the hotel where the reception was being held,and when was asked what he had done with the professor, everyone realized that a mistake was made.
